KBRA Releases Rating Report for City of Anaheim (CA) Electric Distribution System's Series 2025-A and 2025-B Revenue/Revenue Refunding Bonds (Issued by the Anaheim Housing and Public Improvements Authority)

On August 18, 2025, KBRA assigned a long-term rating of AA with a Stable Outlook to the Anaheim Housing and Public Improvements Authority (the "Authority"), Revenue Bonds, Series 2025-A (Electric Utility Distribution System Improvements); and Revenue Refunding, Series 2025-B (Electric Utility Distribution System Refunding). Pursuant to an Installment Purchase Agreement (IPA) between the Authority and the City of Anaheim (the "City"), the City's obligations under the IPA are secured by net revenue payments of the City's electric distribution system.
