KBRA Releases Report Assigning AA Rating to the Department of Water and Power of the City of Los Angeles Power System Revenue Bonds, 2025 Series D; Outlook Stable

On January 14, 2026, KBRA assigned a long-term rating of AA to the Department of Water and Power of the City of Los Angeles Power System Revenue Bonds, 2025 Series D. Concurrently, KBRA affirmed the AA rating on the Department's outstanding parity Power System Revenue Bonds. The Outlook is Stable.
