The company was founded in 1996 and is wholly owned by Nowlake Technology, LLC (“Nowlake”), via intermediate holdco Nowcom Holding Company, Inc. (“Nowcom Holding”). Nowlake is the ultimate holding company of both Nowcom and indirect auto lender Westlake Services, LLC (“Westlake”). Both Nowlake and Westlake have issuer ratings of BBB- with a Positive Outlook.
