On November 15, 2024, KBRA downgraded the deposit and senior unsecured debt ratings to BBB from BBB+, downgraded the subordinated debt rating to BBB- from BBB, and downgraded the short-term deposit and debt ratings to K3 from K2 for Jacksonville, Florida based VyStar Credit Union. The Outlook for all long-term ratings is Negative.
