KBRA Releases U.S. Home Improvement Loan ABS Index: May 2026

KBRA is pleased to launch the inaugural edition of its monthly U.S. Home Improvement Loan ABS Index, which provides insight into credit performance trends for outstanding securitizations backed by consumer home improvement loans. The index expands KBRA’s suite of U.S. Structured Finance Performance Indices, which track securitized credit performance across a range of sectors, including auto loans, equipment loans and leases, marketplace consumer loans, solar loans, and residential mortgages.
