KBRA assigns ratings to three classes of notes issued by IDF Securitization I, LLC, Series 2026-1 (“IDF 2026-1”), a small business asset-backed securities (ABS) transaction. IDF 2026-1 represents the inaugural securitization sponsored by Idea 247, Inc. (“Idea” or the “Company”). The transaction is collateralized by a revolving pool of lines of credit (“LOC”) originated and serviced by Idea.

Idea, founded in 2017 and headquartered in Miami, Florida, is a specialty finance company that provides financing to small and medium-sized businesses ("SMBs") across 47 states. The Company primarily originates revolving lines of credit (“LOC”), in addition to term loans and case litigation financing products, through a network of independent sales organizations ("ISOs"), strategic referral partners, and direct channels. Only LOC collateral is eligible to be included in IDF 2026-1. LOC and term loan financing amounts generally range from $10,000 to $350,000, while case litigation financing amounts generally range from $5,000 to $500,000. Same-day funding is available for eligible borrowers.

The transaction issued $100.90 million of notes. IDF 2026-1 features a 36-month revolving period, during which collections may be used to acquire additional eligible LOC and fund subsequent LOC advances, subject to the transaction’s eligibility criteria and concentration limits. The Notes are also expandable during the six-month Funding Period, subject to certain conditions.

KBRA applied its Credit Card ABS Global Rating Methodology, Global General Rating Methodology for Asset-Backed Securities, and Global Structured Finance Counterparty Methodology as part of its analysis of the transaction’s underlying collateral pool and the proposed capital structure. This transaction falls within “Category 1 – Financial Assets” categorization noted within the General Global Rating Methodology for Asset Backed Securities, which typically relates to transactions that are backed by pools of consumer or commercial financial obligations owed by diverse obligors. KBRA considered its operational review of the Company, as well as periodic update calls with the Company. Operative agreements and legal opinions were reviewed prior to closing.
