KBRA Affirms Ratings for Torres Residential DAC

KBRA Europe (KBRA) has completed a surveillance review for Torres Residential DAC (Torres) which resulted in the affirmation of all outstanding ratings. KBRA’s analysis indicated that the existing credit enhancement is sufficient to support the rating actions.

Torres is a static RMBS securitisation collateralised by an original €655.2 million portfolio of seasoned, predominantly first-lien mortgage participations and mortgage transfer certificates (CTHs), primarily secured by residential properties (94.6%) in Spain. The portfolio was originated by Santander Consumer Finance, S.A., which also acts as the primary servicer. Intrum Servicing Spain, S.A.U. acts as special servicer for loans that reach 120 days or more past due. The weighted average seasoning of the portfolio stands at 20.0 years (19.5 years at closing). The transaction closed in September 2025, has a first optional redemption date and step-up date in October 2028. Its final legal maturity date is in July 2061.
